Crunchy Tuna Salad

So much for blogging more regularly, huh? Oh, well...life has a way of interrupting our plans!

Anyway, here's a quick lunch recipe that I make for myself quite often:

1 can tuna in water, drained (5 or 6 oz.)
2-3 T mayo
1 T mustard
1 T dill pickle relish
1 crisp apple, chopped into bite-size pieces

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Enjoy!
