- 1 pound sausage
- 1 pound ground beef OR turkey
- 1 cup oatmeal -- we prefer the old-fashioned oats
- 1 egg
- salt/pepper to taste
Step 2: Shape into loaf and place in bread pan.
Step 3: Bake at 350`F for 60-90 minutes (maybe a bit longer).
Step 4: Eat!
